Shipping & Delivery

CEB Games will usually send items within 1-3 business days after order has been placed except on Weekends or public holidays or unless otherwise noted.  The postage cost covers both tracked delivery via Australia post or in some rare cases Couriers. Tracking will be sent via email.  The $10 fee covers standard delivery to anywhere is Australia.  Very heavy, or otherwise difficult orders may incur an extra cost and customers will be contacted directly if this is the case.

All items are sent with "Authority to Leave" by default

Orders with both Pre/Back Order items and In Stock items

If an order contains any Pre/Back Order items along with other items that are in stock then everything will be shipped when the pre/back order item becomes available.

If you require the In Stock item sooner, please contact us and we will send an invoice for the postage.

Combined Orders

CEB Games, if requested will endevor to combine existing orders if the order has not begun the picking/packing process. We will make our best attempt to combine orders, but can not guarentee it. 

Customer Responsibility - Correct Address

CEB Games will do all possible to ship to the correct advised address, it is the customers responsibility to update and use the correct address when entering shipping information.  If we are asked to change a shipping address once an order is submitted we will do our best to update the address. However we take no responsibility for incorrectly delivered orders, or orders that have already been lodged.
